The un-elected Bush likes using deficits because it is numbing, people just don't feel it so they don't ask the critical questions like "Are Bush & Washington's actions & policies even sane?"
The military draft would also force real accountability.
Just like a dentist uses numbing novacaine to rip out your teeth, the Washington is ripping out your civil rights & legal recourses.
Unaccountability seems to be America's highest priority. Criminality is a very close second. Deceit is right up there too.
